Erinn Millar has her sights set on building a uniquely effective real estate office in Marin. She believes it's possible to elevate the standard of care in her community with strong ethics, exquisite talent, and the best technology platform available.

She grew up in Marin County, attending and working summers as a camp counselor at the YMCA's Dominican College and Novato sites. After finishing her BA at UC Davis and the National University of Ireland, Maynooth, Erinn was accepted into a rigorous program at the Sacramento Entrepreneurship Academy. She went on to work as a Director for SCORE Educational Centers in Corte Madera and Novato.

Erinn's introduction to real estate came through Taylor Woodrow Homes Inc., where she provided market research for the Land Development Team and later worked on focus groups and comprehensive marketing campaigns for new home communities, eventually transitioning into sales at Chandler's Gate in Tiburon. During the market correction, Erinn elected to leave new construction in order to widen her client and product base. She worked at Frank Howard Allen, followed by 12 years at Bradley Real Estate. During that time she was consistently recognized as a top producer in the Chairman's Club and President's Club. Erinn has sold homes from Calistoga through Daly City. Most of Erinn's clients were referred by previous homeowners, who enjoy her ongoing client appreciation package and home management resources.

Erinn loves to be around people who enjoy life to the fullest.  Her work ethic carries over into her free time, whether cycling across Ireland to raise money for Ireland's first children's hospice or financing the construction of dry, safe housing in Guatemala through Home for a Home.

Erinn is an avid world traveller. She got married in a small fishing village in Catalunia, Spain.  Between works and trip she and her husband kayak, SUP, bike, camp and tackle home improvement projects.
